We know navigating in-home care can feel overwhelming. Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee (CDTN) provides services and supports to help individuals and families succeed with self-direction and remain in their homes and communities.
How We Help You
We're with you as you manage your in-home care.
Since 2023, CDTN has provided self-directed, in-home care to Tennesseeans. We take care of employment and payroll tasks for TennCare’s consumer-directed home and community-based services (HCBS). You hire, train, schedule, and dismiss your own caregivers. We support your independence.
