When submitting time, the member/employer of record must approve your shift. The CareAttend mobile app will prompt you to obtain a signature.


If your Member/Employer of Record is Available:

  • Have them sign using the purple Member Signature option.

If your Member/Employer of Record is NOT Available:

  • Tap the Unable to Obtain Member Signature option below Member Signature.
  • DO NOT SIGN FOR THEM.
  • Select why you were unable to obtain the signature. Then tap submit.
  • When they can, your member/employer of record will need to approve the shift in the DirectMyCare web portal.
