All workers must have an ADP account. You can find online pay stubs, pay history, and W-2s at myADP.com. Even if you had a PPL account with ADP, you need to register for a Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee (CDTN) account with ADP.

How to setup your CDTN account?

After you receive your first paycheck from CDTN, visit myADP.com and click the Get Started link to register as a new user.When prompted, enter your registration code and requested information.

How to Access Your Pay Stubs Online

Once you’ve logged into your ADP account, follow the steps below to access your pay stubs.

1. Click the Pay icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. On the Pay screen, you can view pay history and download pay stubs.
3. To download pay stubs, select a pay date from the pay history list and click the Download button at the bottom of the screen.
